Joey brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to mental health care. A 2014 graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Joey went on to earn a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2018.

As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Joey has professional experience in both corrections and outpatient settings. Joey integrates a diverse range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending quality time with family, especially grandchildren, and loves traveling to explore new cultures and experiences.
