​Andrew earned his degree in Business Administration from Peru State College in 2007. At Lumos Mental Health Services, Andrew plays a crucial role behind the scenes, managing all operational aspects of the business. He also takes on many of the day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring that clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

With over five years of experience in direct care within the mental health field, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his work. His passion for mental health and his commitment to service make him an invaluable member of the Lumos team.

Outside of work, Andrew is deeply family-oriented, dedicating most of his free time to his wife and children. His strong family values and work ethic drive his commitment to making Lumos Mental Health Services a supportive and welcoming environment for all.
