At Lumos, we provide mental health therapy, psychological evaluations, and medication management in southwest Lincoln, Nebraska. Our treatment team offers trauma-informed care through individual, family, couples, substance use, and group counseling, along with mental health assessments, medication evaluation, and medication management. Treatment options are available for behavioral issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, crisis management, personality disorders, & more.

Additional treatment modalities include EMDR and DBT Skills.

We are open by appointment only, most weekdays 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with some evening and weekend availability, specific availability depends on the individual provider's schedule. Secure telehealth sessions are also available.
