At Lumos we provide mental health therapy/counseling along with psychological assessments and evaluations in southwest Lincoln, Nebraska. Our therapy team provides trauma informed care through: individual, family, couples, substance abuse, and group counseling. Treatment options are available for behavioral issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, crisis management, personality disorders, relationship issues, and others.

Additional treatment modalities include EMDR & DBT.

Lumos now offers Psychological Evaluations and Assessments

provided by Dr. Megan Manheim, PhD.

We are open by appointment only, most weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evening and weekend availability, availability and hours will vary by provider.
