At Lumos, we strive to provide counseling to guide individuals out of their darkness and help them find their light.
At Lumos we provide mental health therapy/counseling in southwest Lincoln, Nebraska. Our therapist/owner Michelina (Miki) Hollister, MA, LIMHP provides trauma informed care through: individual, family, couples, substance abuse, and group counseling. Treatment options are available for behavioral issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, crisis management, personality disorders, relationship issues, and others.
Additional treatment modalities include EMDR & DBT.
We are typically open five days a week, with some evening availability.
Secure telehealth sessions are available.
