Business Operations Manager

Andrew Hollister earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Peru State College in 2007 and is the Business Operations Manager at Lumos Mental Health Services.

Andrew provides strategic leadership for the operational side of the practice, overseeing business operations, technology, compliance, finance, human resources, and organizational growth. He is passionate about creating efficient systems that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to their clients. Through thoughtful planning and continuous improvement, Andrew works to ensure Lumos remains a welcoming, efficient, and client-centered practice for both those seeking services and the professionals who provide them.

Before joining Lumos full-time, Andrew gained valuable experience working directly with individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. That experience continues to shape his commitment to supporting both clients and the clinicians who serve them. Combined with his background in business administration, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to leadership and believes that strong operations and a supportive workplace culture are essential to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Outside of Lumos, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelina, their children, and their many family pets. His commitment to family, service, and integrity continues to guide his work and his dedication to helping Lumos grow while remaining true to its mission of providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care.​
