Kaitlyn holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University, graduating in 2023. While new to providing counseling, she brings valuable experience from her work in the corrections system and adult probation since 2018, engaging with a diverse range of clients.

Kaitlyn utilizes a blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her approach focuses on helping clients connect their thoughts, emotions, and actions, empowering them to use their inherent strengths to navigate life’s challenges.

Kaitlyn is passionate about working with adults and emerging adults facing life transitions, addressing substance use issues, coping with childhood trauma, navigating relationship challenges, and managing mental health diagnoses and life responsibilities.

Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn enjoys outdoor activities and watching sports! She loves working out and running but is also a major “foodie.” Kaitlyn values spending quality time with her family, which includes her husband, baby girl, and golden retriever, Obi. As a former college athlete, she is excited to become a teammate in your mental health journey, coaching you through coping skills, goal-setting, new habits, and routines to help you find purpose and overcome your toughest obstacles.
