Kayla earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Doane University in 2024. She brings over a decade of diverse experience in the behavioral health field, starting in 2010 by implementing treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, with a specialized focus on Autism. In 2022, Kayla transitioned to serving as a mental health specialist at a state psychiatric hospital in Nebraska, further honing her skills in providing attentiveness, compassion, and understanding in a therapeutic environment.
