Therapist
Olivia Davis, M.A., PLMHP, is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Nebraska. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing, and she is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Olivia works collaboratively with each individual, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.
Olivia has experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief, life transitions, autism, ADHD, and identity exploration. She is especially passionate about providing affirming, inclusive care to members of the LGBTQ+ community and strives to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of every client.
Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and compassionate, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through these approaches, Olivia helps clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, develop greater self-awareness, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and is dedicated to helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes that align with their personal values and goals.
Olivia earned her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Community Counseling from University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, catching up with friends during long phone conversations, watching documentaries, and relaxing with cozy video games.
