Sam works with individuals ages 15 and older, providing a supportive and welcoming environment where clients can explore challenges, build confidence, and work toward meaningful change. His areas of focus include relationship concerns, men’s issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Sam understands that each person comes to therapy with their own experiences, strengths, and goals. He works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and move forward through difficult experiences.
